Account Deletion Request
At FansCloset Shop, we respect your privacy and give users full control over their account information. If you would like to delete your FansCloset Shop account, you can submit a deletion request using the details below.
How to Delete Your Account
Step 1
Open the app.
Step 2
Log in using your email and password.
Step 3
After login, you will land on the Home Page.
Step 4
Tap on the menu icon at the top-left corner to open the side menu.
Step 5
In the side menu, click on the Delete Account option.
Step 6
A confirmation popup will appear.
Step 7
Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.
Permanent Action
This action is irreversible. All your data, settings, and progress will be permanently deleted from our servers.

- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your account type: Buyer or Creator
- A short confirmation that you want your account deleted
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your request, our team will review and verify the account details. After verification, your account and related personal information will be deleted from our active systems, unless certain information is required to be retained for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be kept where necessary, including transaction records, payout details, order history, dispute records, verification logs, and compliance-related information. This helps us meet legal and payment processing requirements.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
Important Note
Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, orders, listings, messages, subscriptions, and creator dashboard.
