Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Fanscloset Llc (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in the State of Texas, United States, operates the mobile application Fanscloset Shop and related services (collectively, the “App”). The App is available to users throughout the entire territory of the United States. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Eligibility
The App is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We use the Veriff system to verify age and seller identity to provide maximum protection to customers and comply with applicable laws.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Creator Stores and Content
Creators may create stores and list:
- New physical merchandise (via Printify)
- Pre-owned / used clothing and second-hand items from their own inventory
- Digital products
Creators and sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all used clothing and second-hand items they list and sell do not violate any federal or state laws of the United States, including (without limitation) the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.) regarding trademarks and counterfeits, copyright laws, FTC regulations on used goods, labeling requirements, product safety laws, and any other applicable regulations.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App.
Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. New physical products are fulfilled by Printify, while used clothing and second-hand items are shipped directly by the creators via Shippo. Digital products are delivered electronically. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Memberships and Referrals
The App includes a VIP Membership program and a referral system. Specific benefits and commission rates are described within the App.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- List or sell used clothing or items that violate any U.S. federal or state law
- Upload infringing, obscene, or harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent age or seller verification
- Harass other users or creators
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Fanscloset Llc or its licensors. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanscloset Llc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or any breach of these Terms — particularly any claims related to the sale of used clothing or second-hand items.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanscloset Llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
